Excellent laptop cooling pad

Works wonderful, but the cable is not so good

I received this as a gift earlier this year and it’s wonderful, my laptop is big and kinda bulky so it needs extra help keeping itself cool especially when running games. The temperature averages around 100-105 degrees when using the pad which I have to say is pretty good. However I had one problem, that being the connecting cord that came with it. I’m not sure if it’s just mine or if it’s a common thing, but the nylon weaving became loose and started to fray on one side, and I think it loosened or misaligned the wiring, making me have to fiddle with it to get the pad running at full power, even when taped up with electrical tape. Recently the cord just decided to stop working altogether, the pad is still in excellent condition.

Hopefully I can replace the cord as soon as possible, but I hope this review reaches you and you can take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to someone else in the future, your products are great and I’d hate to see your reputation fall through because of small mistakes like this.

Everything about it is great. Only gripe i had was the rubber padding ontop that had to be stuck on when you buy it. Seems a little cheap and can't see them staying on too long. Other than that, brilliant product
